Inspiring the next generation

To coincide with the launch of the London 2012 education programme, the Youth Sport Trust has launched the Inspiring School Sport website, www.youthsporttrust.org/inspire. Whether you are a young person, parent, carer or teacher, the exciting new website contains ideas from PE and sport to inspire you and those around you.

Launching with a focus on Young Ambassadors, the Inspiring School Sport website is set to grow over the next four years on the run up to London 2012. The website will feature a different athlete each month and profiles inspiring young people, who are out there ‘living the dream’. Each athlete profile will incorporate teaching resources, videos and fun projects for youngster to enjoy. Teachers, parents and carers can also access information on PE and school sport and its key drivers throughout the UK.
