The gifted and talented find new online home

The Youth Sport Trust has announced the launch of the all new Talent Ladder website. Aimed at gifted and talented pupils in PE and sport, teachers, coaches and parents, the Talent Ladder website provides information that will be able to help guide and provide for talented pupils.

The new site includes useful sections on talent pathways, talent support, National Competition Frameworks, competition managers, inclusion and resources with the addition of a password-protected area containing talent resources and documents.

The website will also bring you the latest news from across the country and updates on key Youth Sport Trust events such as the National Talent Orientation Camp.

Guin Batten, Head of Performance Youth Sport Trust, enthused; “The new Talent Ladder website is a big step forward for online G&T provision.  The launch heralds the first phase of a massive online project which will see the site develop considerably over the coming months and years.  We aim to make it the ultimate resource for all, so that we engage not only our traditional audience of teachers and coaches but also the pupils and their parents.”

The Youth Sport Trust creates opportunities for gifted and talented young people in PE and sport to develop their potential, and improve their skills and performance.
